The Welligent Front Desk

Welligent’s Front Desk is a comprehensive tool that gives front desk personnel access to a wide variety of functionality.  The three main components are:

  • Call Center – Allows you to view a list of all inbound calls, along with date, time, caller, client, staff, status and primary issue information.

  • Central Scheduling – Welligent’s integrated scheduler enables schedule management for staff, clients and rooms. You can view side-by-side schedules, all staff schedules at a glance or day, week and month views.

  • Front Desk Management - This tool allows you to display appointments by location or date and also to edit important client data.  In addition to providing all appointment information for the selected day, alert icons inform you when a client/student has an alert or waiver in the system.
