Welligent Front Desk Manager

Welligent’s Front Desk manager allows you to display appointments by location or date, and also to view Client Name, Date of Birth, Encounter, Scheduled Time, Check In, Provider, Status and Copay information.  In addition to providing all appointment details for the selected day, Alert Icons inform you when a client/student has an alert and/or waiver in the system. 

Front Desk Manager Features

• Check clients in and out and update appointment status
• Edit client information, such as Pay Source, Service Providers and more
• Use Alerts and Waivers to communicate critical special client needs
