Welligent software contains comprehensive scheduling tools, call center, client check-in and payment collection, individual and group progress notes with supervisor co-signature, clinical features including medication management and John Wiley treatment libraries, e-forms, classroom management/attendance tracking, special education/IEPs, health management module, billing and reporting.  And if we don't offer a critical feature your agency needs, we will build it.

Welligent is a web-based software primarily offered as a Welligent-hosted, ASP solution.   What does this mean?  It means that software is not shipped or installed on servers located in your agency.  Instead, Welligent is responsible for all aspects of hosting and managing the hardware and web-based software.  This translates to lower costs for hardware, software and technical personnel.  Becuase Welligent manages the software and your data, we are able to respond to your agency's needs in real-time.

Welligent enables you to manage all of your clients from one system.  Welligent software can be used to track, document, bill and report for clients from any agency program, contract or revenue source. The system is highly configurable and will support the data needs of any program. Custom data fields and e-forms can be set-up and collected for any client program or on progress notes. Our e-forms tool allows you to create and upload your own pdf forms, link them to programs and services, specify collection frequency and auto-generate reminders for required paperwork.
